LOCAL TIP #360
City Hall Park; Woolworth Building; City Hall
When I just want to relax outdoors, I go to City Hall Park. It has a fountain surrounded by gas lamps with real flames. I sit on the benches, I pull out my laptop and surf the Internet on free wireless access supplied by the City. It’s a place to unwind amidst the buildings of downtown. On one side is the Woolworth Building, one of the most beautiful in the City. On another is City Hall itself. And to its side is the Brooklyn Bridge.
